3. Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on orders above AED 300.
A shipping fee applies to orders under AED 300, based on delivery destination.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Delivery within the UAE takes approximately 24 to 48 hours.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
All products purchased from our website can be returned within 7 days under the following conditions:
A return/exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The received product is incorrect or differs from the original order.
Exchange Charges
Plant: AED 30 (exchange fee) + delivery charges.
Bed Sheet: AED 30 (exchange fee) + delivery charges.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please send pictures of the defective item to adnan@nawabtrade.com or call/WhatsApp us at +971 50 792 1587 within 7 days of order delivery. Our team will assess the issue and offer either a replacement of equal value or a refund for the invoiced amount.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges.
Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders paid via Credit Card or PayPal can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will not be issued; instead, a coupon of equivalent value will be provided, valid for 60 days.
Nawab Nest reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, quality issues, technical errors, or declined payments.
6. Payment & Security
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer information with third parties.
All transactions are securely processed to protect customer privacy and security.
